The Air Jordan 1 Retro High gets a denim makeover
The first official images of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Denim' have been released. This women's exclusive sneaker features luxury details on the laces. The kicks are expected to release at Nike in September 2022.
The upper of the Air Jordan 1 is made with different materials. The base of the upper, including the toebox, side panel and collar, is made of leather and is in white. The overlays have a special look, where denim is used.
The denim material has a somewhat rougher finish for a rugged look. The tongue is also made of denim. On the collar, the Wings logo is printed in white. This logo is placed on an extra piece of denim. The Swoosh is also made of denim.
At the bottom of the laces are golden lace jewels. On the right shoe, there is a circle made with a bamboo look. In the circle is a golden Jumpman. In the circle on the left shoe is 'Jordan'. On the red insole is 'Nike Air' in gold.
To keep the colour scheme coherent, the midsole and outsole also have these colours. The midsole is white and the outsole is light blue.
