Air Jordan 1 Element Gore-Tex gets a new 'Light Curry' colorway
Nike comes out with a new colorway for the Air Jordan 1 Element Gore-Tex. Previously the colorways 'Sail' and 'Black' were released, wich makes the 'Light Curry' the third colorway and also the most colourful one. When the 'Light Curry' will be released is still unknown, but it is expected to be released in the spring of 2022.
The Air Jordan 1 Element Gore-Tex 'Light Curry' has a Gore-Tex upper. This material is used more and more in the sneaker world. Gore-Tex is breathable and yet waterproof. The material is often used for outdoor clothing and outdoor shoes. .
Besides Gore-Tex, the materials used are textile and nubuck leather. The soles of the sneaker are in the colour off white, the Swoosh on the side is reflective and the colour orange is used on the overlays and stitching.
The classic Nike Air-branding is woven on the tongue and Gore-Tex on the heel. On the ankle is the Air Jordan Wings logo, which of course could not be missed.
The release of the Air Jordan 1 Element Gore-Tex 'Light Curry' is expected in the spring. An exact date is not yet known.

The upper of the sneaker is made with GORE-TEX. This material ensures that you can wear the shoe through all kinds of weather, without damaging your sneaker. The overlays of this pair have an ochre yellow colour, which is also compared to the colour of curry. The toe box and side panel are white, as is the midsole. The collar and tongue are in black.
