About the Florida A&M University x Nike Dunk Low 'Rattlers'
The Florida A&M University x Nike Dunk Low 'Rattlers' joins the collection featuring universities with historical values. After the previous releases of 'Nike Dunk Low Clark Atlanta University' and 'Nike Dunk Low North Carolina A&T', Florida A&M University aka FAMU joins the series with a colourful silhouette inspired by the school's uniform.
The leather white base is overlayed by 'Orange Horizon' on the top, lining and laces, strongly contrasting the 'Fortress Green' Swoosh. The custom details of the model are however what makes it truly unique with '1877' embroidered on the heel tap, the year of FAMU's foundation, 'COLAC' (Collage of Love and Charity) on the lateral forefoot and the message 'WE BRAGG DIFFERENT' on the heel. The design is completed by the change in tongue tag from the original Nike tag into one showcasing the university's Rattler mascot and the translucent green-toned outsole.
