The New Balance Allerdale is the latest premium silhouette from the Made in USA line. The dad shoe – or perhaps even granddad shoe – recently appeared in various leather versions, but now we see the first colorway using suede.
The Allerdale 'Brown Suede' is already available at select retailers.
This is the first Allerdale to feature suede on the upper, instead of the premium leather used in previous releases. The contrasting black sole complements the sneaker nicely. However, leather is still used on the interior, contributing to the Allerdale's refined look.
The quality of the Allerdale has been a hot topic in early reviews, with the hiking-inspired cupsole and Ortholite insole providing cushioning and comfort features New Balance is well known for.
Select sizes of the Allerdale 'Brown Suede' are already available at various retailers for the standard price of €250. A wider release from New Balance is undoubtedly coming, but no official date has been announced yet.
Keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers release calendar for updates.
The Allerdale is a new sneaker design from New Balance, inspired by classic orthopedic shoes. The model is part of the Made in UK line and combines craftsmanship, comfort, and timeless design.
