In April 2024, Nike revealed a new design for the Pegasus collection, and the sneaker promises to be a gamechanger for runners. The Nike Pegasus Premium features Nike’s very first visible Air Zoom unit, giving the shoe not only a sleek look but also ultimate comfort and performance.
The visible Air Zoom unit runs from the heel to the toe, ensuring that the energy from every step is efficiently transferred, resulting in a smooth and responsive running experience. It cushions the runner's landing and facilitates a seamless transition to the next step.
But that’s not all – the Air Zoom unit is reinforced by Nike’s ZoomX foam in the midsole and ReactX foam in the heel. This combination provides an energy boost with every step and reduces fatigue, even during long distances. The Pegasus Premium offers more energy return to the runner than any other model in the Pegasus collection so far.
