adidas Equipment is back! The Spring/Summer 2025 collection is a major upgrade of the line first introduced in 1991. The concept behind the collection is simple: "Everything that is essential. And nothing that is not." This line has always been a pioneer for adidas, and in 2025, the brand brings together influential figures from today’s sports, music, and streetwear scenes.
The campaign was shot in Stockholm and features artists and DJs like Namasenda and Yung Sherman from Sad Boys. Together, they bring the energy and connections of the street to the screen.
The collection includes several sneakers, with two stealing the show: the adidas Equipment Cushion 93 and the adidas Equipment Takumi Sen. The Cushion 93 is a tribute to the original sneaker from 1993 but with a modern twist. It features reflective mesh and overlays on the upper. The Takumi Sen combines the classic Equipment style with the latest innovations, such as reflective materials and a metallic midsole.
In addition to the sneakers, there is also an extensive apparel line. This collection features innovative fabrics, such as heavy French terrycloth with reflective threads, seamless and lightweight knits, and iridescent materials. The collection comes in a bold silver color and also includes accessories like bags, socks, caps, and even a terrycloth towel.
The adidas Equipment Spring/Summer 2025 collection is a perfect blend of the past and present. It combines 90s nostalgia with the latest technologies. You can shop the items starting January 31, 2025, at adidas and selected retailers.
