By now, almost everyone knows the Converse Chuck 70 with the iconic red heart on the upper. This characteristic heart is a recognisable feature of Comme des Garçons, a brand that has successfully collaborated with Converse several times since 2009. The latest collection from this collaboration was now presented in July 2024. For the first time in their long history, they are now also launching family sizes!
The Comme des Garçons Play x Converse Chuck 70 styles have been very popular since its debut in 2015.
This time, the duo comes with two different new looks for two silhouettes. The Converse Chuck 70 Low is available in black and white, as is the Converse Chuck 70 High in the same colour combinations.
In this new pack, Comme des Garçons' signature heart can be seen in the centre of the upper. Previously, we saw enlarged versions of this heart on the side panel and we also saw a multi-heart around the edge of the sole. This time, the heart is used in miniature form, making it more minimalistic.
This pack also differs from the previous ones in that it is available in family sizes. Both silhouettes are also available in small sizes so that you can combine them with the whole family.
