The Karhu Trampas SS21 Capsule Collection is inspired by Karhu's original casual footwear design. The Trampas first appeared in the 1960s as a running shoe. The sneaker was unique for its padded heel collar and had better arch support. In 2019, the first re-release of the model took place and now, in 2021, Karhu brings four new versions of the shoe out.
Karhu Trampas: The Sneakers
'June Bug' | F809010
Four different colorways have been released. One of the colorways is the dark green 'June Bug'. The upper consists of suede and has leather details. The brown gum rubber sole completes the sneaker.
'Ensign Blue' | F809011
A dark blue version has also been added: the 'Ensign Blue'. Again, the upper is made of suede, just like the light blue logo on the sides. The heel collar is also made of this soft material, in a white and a red colour. The brown gum rubber sole completes the sneaker.
'Bright White' | F809012
This 'Bright White' pair, consists of soft leather and has a smooth look. The midsole is slightly yellowed, giving the sneaker a vintage vibe. There are also dark blue details used, on the logos on the sides and tongue and on the outsole.
'Golden Rod' | F809013
The most striking colour of the collection is the yellow 'Golden Rod' colorway. It features an unusual (for Karhu) white stripe on the side. The upper is again made of suede and the sneaker is finished with leather details.
Karhu Trampas: Apparel
In addition to the sneaker pack, clothing items will also be released. There are different products available, from jackets to t-shirts and from bags to socks. The products will be released together with the shoes, so you can create the perfect matching outfit!
