The highly anticipated Nike Air Max 95 'Neon' is finally here

We've had to wait a while, but the Nike Air Max 95 'Neon' will finally be released this week. Rumors about the release started circulating last fall, and in recent weeks, the sneaker has already appeared at various retailers worldwide (including a hidden vintage store in Japan).

Now, the release is finally here.

With this release, Nike is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 95 in 2025. The Air Max 95 'Neon,' the OG colorway of the silhouette, will be released in a Big Bubble variant. Following the release of the Nike Air Max 1 '86 Big Bubble, the Air Max 95 will now also feature enlarged Air units.

The design of the sneaker is inspired by human anatomy, particularly the ribcage, and features a gradient upper with striking neon green accents. The wavy overlays incorporate various shades of gray that seamlessly blend into one another.

The 2025 iteration promises to stay largely true to the original. The upper is made of mesh and leather, while the midsole is black and includes three Air units. Notably, the Air unit in the forefoot has been given a larger bubble compared to the OG Air Max 95.
