For the new ADI2000, adidas takes its inspiration from various skate shoes from the year 2000. The model has been dropped in two colorways and are a very eye-catching pair due to their colour schemes and raised midsoles.
Both sneakers have been given a low top design and come in a 'Green' and 'Purple' colour scheme. The upper is made of different materials and is especially designed for skating. The upper is made of mesh and leather, the overlays are made of suede and the kicks are inspired by several skate shoes from brands like Etnies, DC and Osiris.
The first pair has been given a 'Green' base and has several overlays stitched in black. The second pair is set entirely in purple and also has black overlays.
Both shoes have double thickened laces. The three adidas stripes are visible on the middle panel, which colours white together with the adidas branding on the tongue. In addition, both pairs have off-white outsoles with brown accents.
Fortunately, we don't have to wait for the shoes anymore. Both colorways of the adidas ADI2000 are already available at adidas and various retail shops since December 7, 2021.
