In December 2023, Nike came out with a brand new silhouette: the Nike Lunar Roam. This silhouette features an advanced cushioning system called 'Lunar Foam'. This technology offers a special blend of comfort and performance, which was first introduced in the late 2000s. Following the introduction of the 'Alabaster', Nike is now unveiling not one, but two new colorways for the model.
We can expect the release of the Nike Lunar Roam 'White Gold' colorway on 9 February at Nike and other retailers.
Both pairs of the model have a Lunarlon Foam midsole - a tech-feature you don't see that often anymore as opposed to the 2000s. Purely because trainer technology has evolved and today there are many more options to create ultimate comfort. Nevertheless, Lunarlon Foam remains excellent for all-day comfort. The trainer's upper is made of mesh, with TPU details on the toecap and heel.
Two new colorways for the silhouette will start dropping in 2024, one black and one white with brown. The first colorway colours all-black, while the second has a white base with brown overlays and stitching.
