PUMA is revamping the classic Palermo. On Sept. 1, 2024, the PUMA Palermo Moda will debut, a chunky variant of the OG Palermo. The sneaker arrives in two colorways: 'Red' and 'Blue'. Check out the colorways here.
It is perhaps one of this summer's most popular silhouette: the PUMA Palermo. Introduced in the 1980s, the sneaker built on PUMA's heritage within soccer. Years later, the silhouette was brought back and the sneaker is now also a favorite within the fashion community.
Building on the success of the PUMA Palermo, PUMA now introduces the Palermo Moda. Compared to its predecessor, the sneaker has received a thickened sole that provides extra comfort. Also, the upper has received a wider fit.
The upper uses supple leather and suede. The perforated textile on the upper allows the sneaker to breathe. Over the silhouette are dynamic overlays that give the model a streamlined design. Gold details on the tongue and center panel give the PUMA Palermo Moda a chic touch.
