Travis Scott x Nike Zoom Field Jaxx 'Limelight'

Not long ago, Travis Scott was spotted rocking the Zoom Field Jaxx 'Limelight' at ComplexCon. Now, just a few weeks later, official images of this bold colorway have finally dropped, with the release set for 11 December 2024.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the Zoom Field Jaxx in action. Back in July 2024, the debut colorway, the 'Sail', was surprise-dropped during the MLB All-Star Weekend. Then came the 'Light Chocolate', also unveiled at ComplexCon in November 2024. And now, it’s the 'Limelight’s' turn to shine.

The Zoom Field Jaxx, previously known as the Sharkidon, is Travis Scott’s first-ever signature shoe outside of the iconic Air Jordan line. This silhouette is a mashup of two classic ‘90s Nike designs: the Nike Land Shark and the Zoom Spiridon. The Land Shark, originally a baseball cleat, was known for its durability and comfort, while the Zoom Spiridon stood out as a futuristic running shoe packed with cutting-edge tech.

The 'Limelight' colorway definitely makes a statement. The sneaker features a bright green leather and suede base up front, with the same shade carried through to the outsole, giving it a bold and energetic look. Fresh white suede overlays add a clean finish and highlight the sharp lines of the silhouette. Meanwhile, the iconic black Swoosh on the side keeps it classic, tying it all together with a timeless Nike vibe.

As with previous Travis Scott releases, the hype around the Zoom Field Jaxx 'Limelight' is through the roof. They’re set to drop on 11 December 2024 via Nike - don’t sleep on these!
