Nike is a sports brand that continues to innovate its classics, think of the rediscovery of the Nike Dunk or the Air Jordan 1. In March 2023, Nike will likely highlight another classic, in a very special way. In March 2023, the Air Max 1 Slide will drop in 'Sport Red' and 'Black' colorways. Unfortunately, no release date is known yet, however, you can already enjoy the official images here.
The Nike Air Max 1 Slide is not the only classic that has been transformed into a slide. In 2020, Nike dropped the Air Max 90 in several colorways in slide form.
The Air Max 1 Slide of course uses the Nike Air technology, which is visible in the sole of the slipper. The strap of the slide is made of mesh fabric, on this strap the Nike Air Max label can be seen. Finally, suede overlays are used.
Most likely, the slide will drop in March 2023 in honor of Air Max day. Air Max day takes place every year on March 26.
