After the introduction of the Air Max DN last year, Nike is back with a new silhouette that builds upon the innovative cushioning technology. The Air Max DN8 will release on February 6, 2025, in the 'Hyper Pink' colorway, which perfectly complements this modern design.
For the first time, the Dynamic Air technology in the Air Max DN8 extends across the full length of the foot. Experience a completely new level of comfort with the DN8, thanks to two Air units and eight tubes in the sole that create a constant, pressure-controlled flow.
Like its predecessor, the Air Max DN8 features dual-pressure Air units that respond to pressure with each step, providing unparalleled cushioning, comfort, and freedom of movement. The optimally tuned pressure zones in the sole (15psi at the back and 5psi at the front) ensure extra resilience with every step.
"For the DN8, we wanted to get closer to the ground. We wanted to feel more Air. We wanted to improve the transition," says Jonathan Kosenick, Lead Designer, Men's Sportswear. "To achieve all these goals, we used eight Air chambers in the shoe that are in direct contact with the ground. This makes them more effectively compressed and much more flexible."
In addition to being a comfortable sneaker, the design is also striking. The upper uses high-quality, flexible mesh that allows the foot to breathe. Dynamic overlays are placed across the silhouette, giving the sneaker its distinctive look.
The sneaker will debut in the 'Hyper Pink' colorway, available on SNKRS on February 6, 2025. It will be released worldwide on March 6, 2025, at retailers.
