Who else but Virgil Abloh is stunting with a new collab with Nike. Several photos have surfaced of eye-catching Air Force 1 colorways with a Louis Vuitton twist. A total of 21 colorways have been spotted and each one is special in its own way. The Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1s were spotted during Louis Vuitton's SS22 'Amen Break' runway. Louis Vuitton menswear artistic director and Off-White founder, Virgil Abloh, unleashed his creativity on the classic Nike Air Force 1.

On 1 November 2017, the first Air Force 1 was released and given a makeover by Virgil Abloh. The sneaker was part of the famous Off-White x Nike collection. This shoe is worth quite a bit these days. On StockX you can easily pay a few thousand euros for a pair. Virgil also created an Air Force 1 for Nike's Air Force 100 collection which was released at ComplexCon.

Off-White x Nike Air Force 100 and Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 'The Ten'

Then a year later, Virgil Abloh released two more Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 sneakers. Two very contrasting colorways, but both very impressive. One Air Force 1 is done in a black colorway, while the other is a neon-colored 'Volt' colorway.

It seems Virgil can't let go of the silhouette, because a year later, another very limited Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 was released. This Air Force 1 was shown during the Figures of Speech exhibition and Virgil donated a pair to tennis star Serena Williams. The colorway was dropped via a very exclusive raffle at Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art.

That's not all, as an Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 is expected in a yellow colorway this year.

Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 | Closer Look

For the upcoming Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 collab, both the mid variant and the low variant are used. As we mentioned, it looks like we can expect no less than 21 different makeovers. For example, the Air Forces feature damier patterns, the LV monogram print, texts, double tongues and illustrations. In addition, the colorways are put together in very different ways. There are simple two tone colorways, but also bold, darker, contrasting colorways. All in all, there is something for everyone.
