The adidas Samba has gained worldwide recognition for its timeless design, versatility and streetwear look. Following the success of the Superstar XLG and Forum XLG, adidas Originals is now looking to give the Samba silhouette a contemporary twist with the adidas Samba XLG 'White/Green'.
The Samba XLG is thus a new interpretation with a mix of proportions, materials and design elements.
The Samba XLG 'White/Green' presents itself with a sophisticated toe box made of grey suede and a high-quality leather construction for the rest of the shoe. Furthermore, the iconic green Three Stripes are oversized and embroidered into the upper, giving the shoe a distinctive and eye-catching character. In addition, harmonising green accents on the heel contribute to a coherent design. Finally, the sole of the shoe is a platform crepe sole that offers comfort and also durability, complementing the chunky/bold aesthetic.
The adidas Samba XLG 'White/Green' will be available at adidas and selected retailers in 2023. An official release date has not yet been announced. So for now, check out the first images below and keep up to date via our news page and Instagram!
