(Update) The Nike Dunk Low 'Halloween' was released on 1 April 2022 and is available at resellers like StockX.
As you might have guessed from the headline, we have received hot news and pictures from the Nike Dunk Low 'Halloween' 2021! As we get to experience almost every year, Nike delivers us a sneaker with a Halloween look again for 2021! 🎃
We can already tell you that this year's release for the spookiest day of the year is definitely a must-have. This year's design is not on the Air Jordan 1, but on a new, eerily good Nike Dunk! The hyped low-top model now announces itself with many details and welcome materials already in summer!
Are you excited to see what Nike has in store for us this year? If you can't wait, then take a look at the blog post below. But first, let's have a quick look at some previous Nike Halloween releases:
2019: Nike SB Dunk Low 'Night of Mischief' | BQ6817-006
With the Nike SB Dunk Low 'Night of Mischief' the brand released a Halloween special for fans of Nike's skateboarding sublabel and its popular SB Dunk Low silhouette. The design of this sneaker doesn't feature glow-in-the-dark details, but it does feature all kinds of other details under and over the black overlays.
For example, the Nike stitching on the heel was replaced with the words "Trick" and "Treat". Ghosts on the inside of the tongue, spider webs on the base and a cut-out of a creepy pumpkin face on the toebox perfectly set the scene for the motto at the time. And if that wasn't enough, the kicks even got a box in the shape of a tombstone.
The sneakers are still available at StockX.
2020: Nike Air Force 1 Skeleton ‘Starfish’ | CU8067-800
In the last few years it has almost become a tradition that the popular Swoosh brand served us all a distinctive Nike Air Force 1 Low in Halloween or skeleton look around 31 October.
In 2020, the iconic silhouette of the AF1 was taken and treated to this special look. The special feature here is the graphic of the foot of a human skeleton on the outside of the kicks.
The Nike Air Force 1 Skeleton ‘Starfish’ comes with a complete 'glow in the dark' sole. Here, the midsole AND outsole glow in the dark in bright green and give the Starfish Orange sneaker a new nuance. But look for yourself:

2021: Nike Dunk Low 'Halloween'
We have finally arrived at the Halloween highlight of 2021. Like the 2019 SB Dunk release, the brand sticks to a black colour scheme with orange accents. However, with the Nike Dunk Low 'Halloween' 2021 a bright white base as a strong contrast to the overlays. But let's take a closer look at the upcoming kicks first:
On the whole, Nike supplies us with a very special Dunk Low here, but at first glance it looks pretty plain. White smooth leather base, black overlays and an orange Swoosh, also made of smooth leather. The midsole also comes in white to match the base and the orange accents are continued in the sockliner and on the insole.
But what makes the Kicks so special? "Just" another glowing sole?
Can you see it?
A closer look at the black overlays reveals some hidden graphics. Let your imagination run free and decide for yourself which creatures these eyes might belong to.
As mentioned above, Nike's Halloween releases since 2018 have always had the "glow in the dark" feature. The Nike Dunk Low 'Halloween' 2021 also has an outsole with this special effect, but not just that - the eyes light up in the dark as well!
Unfortunately, no exact date has been made official for this pair yet.
This Nike Dunk Low Halloween sneaker has a sick glow in the dark sole

A sneak peak of the new Halloween-themed Nike Dunk has just been released and we are SOLD. It will be months before this spooky Dunk drops, but Nike fans seem to be jumping to claim this pair. Read on for all the details!
Halloween theme
The first thing you notice about this Halloween-themed sneaker is the sole. During the day, it looks like a pretty normal Dunk Low, but in the evening, the spooky design really shows up. In the dark, the glow in the dark finish comes out, giving the shoe an extra unique look.
The sneaker has been given colours to match the holiday on 31 October. It consists of a cream-coloured 'Sail' base and a 'Starfish Orange' Swoosh, tongue and padding. In addition, there is a black overlay over the model, on which graphics of eyes can be seen. These also show themselves in the night with a glow in the dark touch. Compared to the "Night of Mischief" and "Day of the Dead" of the past, this design is quite light.
Nike Dunk Low Halloween release and sneak peaks
There is no firm release date yet for the Nike Dunk Low PRM "Halloween". The sneaker is likely to drop around the spooky holiday in October 2021.
