Comme des Garçons is once again teaming up with Nike. After several successful collaborations on silhouettes such as the Shox, Air Foamposite, and Air Max 97, we now see the ACG Mountain Fly 2 Low arrive in three new colorways. The sneakers will drop at select retailers on March 22, 2024.
Comme des Garçons and Nike collaborations are almost always a hit. The Japanese clothing label is best known in sneaker culture for its long-standing collaboration with Converse, but Nike has also collaborated with the label founded by Rei Kawakubo on numerous occasions. Remarkably, each time in the same colors: white and black.
The CdG x ACG Mountain Fly 2 Low is no exception and also appears in the colors mentioned above. The outdoor model has a chunky look with a chunky outsole. The upper is made of sturdy and waterproof material. Silver eyestays give the sneakers a chic look.
The sneaker arrives in three colorways; a white, a black, and a black and white. The tongue features the ACG logo. Logos of both brands also appear on the insole. Notable is the ACG logo printed on the rubber on the nose of the model.
After the sneakers' first showing at the Comme des Garçons Homme Plus Spring/Summer 2024 show in Paris, the sneaker now appears at Comme des Garçons retailers and Dover Street Market. All three colorways drop on March 22, 2024.
