Converse is having a big year when it comes to collaborations. After recent partnerships with Stüssy, Billie Eilish, and Golf Le Fleur, they are now teaming up with Brain Dead to celebrate the label’s 10th anniversary. This sneaker features a beastly print, similar to the recent Stüssy Chuck 70, and will drop on November 7, 2024.
Following the successful release of their collab with adidas earlier this year, Brain Dead is back with Converse, unveiling a Chuck 70 in a zebra print. This isn’t the first time Brain Dead has worked on this silhouette; in 2018, they revealed a safari-inspired colorway. Now, for their anniversary, they are bringing back this release.
The Chuck 70 showcases an asymmetrical design and incorporates various motifs. The left shoe features a zebra pattern, complemented by a camo print on the inner side. The classic Chuck Taylor emblem appears on the heel, alongside the Brain Dead logo.
The right shoe uses a leopard print and a star motif, with a giraffe pattern detail on the heel. Above the sole, cryptic phrases such as "To see and be seen as far as the eye can see," "The same elsewhere," and "Who controls the control men" are included.
The Brain Dead x Converse Chuck 70 'Wild' will drop at Converse and selected retailers on November 7, 2024. Check out the official images of the release below.
