adidas is back once again with groundbreaking technology with the latest version of the classic Ultraboost. The Ultraboost light is available now at the adidas running website and at select retailers.
A decade of Boost
It has been a decade since adidas introduced the Boost technology and it became an instant hit. With iconic silhouettes as the, Ultraboost, the NMD and the Yeezy adidas created a comfortable technology that the sneaker community ran with.
“At adidas, we know that running is personal. Everyone has a different goal and therefore, different requirements for their shoes. That is why we’re continuously looking at ways to improve our products for the adidas running community. Now, thanks to our groundbreaking material innovation–Light Boost–runners retain the existing benefits of running in an Ultra Boost, but with the bonus of a lighter silhouette." The adidas Ultraboost Light
The standout element about the new adidas UltraBoost Light is the new Light Boost material in the midsole. According to adidas the new material is 30% lighter than the previous Boost technology. The shoe is also constructed of a Primeknit+ material on the upper providing enhanced breathability and comfort. This coupled with the Three Stripes-branded cages on the sides and the heel counter for lockdown and completing the design is the Continental performance rubber on the outsole for optimal traction in any weather condition.
