A Ma Maniére has gained considerable popularity in recent years, thanks in part to the release of the Air Jordan 3 in 2021. Before then, this retailer was largely unknown to many in the sneaker szene, but since then, the designs by James Whitner and his team have become some of the most sought-after Jordan trainers on the market.
In 2023, Whitner and his team continue their successful collaboration by introducing the recently released Air Jordan 12 and not one, but two striking colour variants of the Air Jordan 5. After many teasing images, it is now official: the 'Dusk' and 'Dawn' will go on sale in November 2023 at A Ma Maniére.

Still We Rise
The two colorways will be launched simultaneously with the premiere of: 'Still We Rise'. A short film inspired by the words of James Baldwin and Maya Angelou. Both the visual aspects and narrative of the film reflect the work of these two writers, constantly celebrating the 'power and strength in its multitude of identities'.

A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 'Still we rise - from dusk til dawn'
The story of the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 'Still we rise - from dusk til dawn' is told in two parts: a light grey 'Dawn' colourway with blue accents and a black 'Dusk' colorway with accents of burgundy. Both pairs are made of high-quality nubuck and include unique details such as the A Ma Maniére branding on the tongue and outsole and an exclusive A Ma Maniére monogram pattern for the signature AJV cage.
The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 'Dawn' will start dropping at selected retailers at 27 November 2023. Release details for the 'Dusk' colorway have yet to be announced, but are expected to be released in the coming weeks. Stay always up to date with our release calendar.
