1. The promotion will run from 25 November 2024 to 29 November 2024.
2. How to enter:
– Download the Sneakerjagers app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
– Click on the promotion banner.
– Accept the terms and conditions.
– A location will be revealed with exact co-ordinates.
– A sneaker will be also be revealed that will be worn by a Sneakerjagers staff member in the revealed location.
– The first three people to approach that staff member and say ‘Cash or Deal’ have a chance to win a €50 or €100 Nike Giftcard (participants will also need to present the open app).
– Saying ‘Cash’ will automatically win you a €50 Nike Giftcard.
– Saying ‘Deal’ will give you the chance to double or nothing your prize to a €100 Nike Giftcard by answering a question asked by the staff member correctly.
– Incorrect answers result in no prize at all.
3. When participating, winners agree to be recorded on camera and the footage used on social media and the Sneakerjagers’ website.
4. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter as per Dutch law. In case of participation by a minor, the presence of a parent/adult is necessary.
5. The competition can be entered a total of 1 time per person per location over the competition period.
6. In the event of a group participating, only 1 individual of that group can enter the competition.
7. If there is suspected cheating or foul play the Promoter holds the right to pick another winner.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
9. This prize draw is open to EU residents (including UK), with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected to this promotion.
10. The winner will be given their prize immediately after saying ‘Cash’, or immediately after they answer the question correctly after saying ‘Deal’.
11. The prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
12. In the event of any inadvertent human errors or omissions within these competition terms and conditions, we hereby reserve the right to make necessary amendments or corrections to rectify such errors. These amendments will be made in a timely manner during the course of the competition to ensure the accurate representation of the terms and conditions for all participants. We are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency throughout the competition and will promptly address any unintentional inaccuracies that may arise. Your participation in this competition indicates your acceptance of such amendments should they become necessary.
13. Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
14. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw.
15. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
