Japanese sneaker brand ASICS has had a big momentum this year. The first collaboration with C.P. Company was released in February, and the collab with the Japanese label Needles arrived in early March. Now we see the next collaboration appear at ASICS, this time it is one with an old acquaintance.
The clothing label Wood Wood was founded in 2002 by a Danish duo consisting of Karl-Oskar Olsen and Brian SS Jensen. The brand's designs can be recognized by their minimalist and modern look. In the past, the label has collaborated with names such as adidas, Salomon, and Reebok.

ASICS has also collaborated with Wood Wood on several occasions. This time, the GT-2160 silhouette gets a makeover. The sneaker arrives in a 'Cream & Oatmeal' colorway. The pair has an understated look, dressed in shades of silver from ASICS' archives.
Hints of pale pink, blue, indigo, and green give the sneaker a fresh look. The heel features the 'W.W.' letters, hinting at the collaboration with Wood Wood.
